Margaux Joffe

Margaux Joffe is an award-winning producer and Associate Director of Accessibility & Inclusion at Verizon Media Group / Oath, a global media company with brands such as Yahoo, AOL, Tumblr, Huffpost, TechCrunch and MAKERS.

In 2018 she spearheaded The Disability Collection, a landmark partnership between Oath, The National Disability Leadership Alliance and Getty Images to change the representation of people with disabilities in the media. The project won "Best in B2B Partnership" and received a Silver Award for "Best in Diversity & Inclusion" from the Shorty Social Good Awards.

Margaux also founded and serves as the Global Co-Lead of Oath’s Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group, dedicated to empowering all minds in the workplace. Prior to joining Oath, Margaux founded Kaleidoscope Society, a community for women with ADHD featured by Teen Vogue, Broadly, Bustle and the International Conference on ADHD.

Margaux holds a B.A. from Duke University and is trained in documentary storytelling as a tool for social change.
